The healthiest diet, to get the proper nutrition is as follows. Change the time of caloric intake. Breakfast is a big, lavish, healthy meal….dont hold back. Lunch is a decent, moderate meal. Supper is a light, dainty meal….Low cals. (salad, carrots, etc.) Just enough to curb appetite. Your body will metabolize the cals during the day, and wont be loaded with cals while you sleep. You eat healthy, and maximize how your body metabolizes the Cals.

I thought this video was excellent. My daughter has been suffering for four years with an eating disorder and it tears me apart inside. I would like for her to be able to meet with people who have recovered and talk to them. Does anyone know how to do that?

I’m well aware of what one should eat.

I am not recommending what to eat, I am recommending a way of redistributing Caloric intake during the day, to maximize the way your body burns the calories. This may help the psychology of Bulimics, Which feel guilty after eating. If someone wants to “diet”, or lose weight, or feels guilty eating, this is a proven way to maximize calorie burning.

  7. marhoekful says:

If you eat 1600 calories in a day, if you have a heavy supper, you’ll gain weight, but if you have a hearty breakfast, medium lunch, and a dainty supper, you would lose weight. If thats your goal of course. This avoids the need to throw up your meals.

And of course there is an underlying issue of low self esteem, self worth, Ego. This can also be modified by applying yourself in other ways. Music/Piano, Culinary skills, Arts, Pottery, Career, Sports, etc…..Basically by applying yourself, achieving certain things and gaining certain skills, you may improve the psychology underneath.

It may be a good idea to enroll your daughter in a course of some kind as well. Music/Piano, Arts, Pottery, Culinary, Career/Trade/Certificate, Sports, etc……Get her to Acquire other skills, master something. This will improve her Self Esteem, Ego, Self Worth, etc…….Human psychology is, in its primordial stage, based significantly on sexuality, self image. This is simple, rudimentary, but can lead to eating disorders.

Another suggestion is to apply yourself at something, master something, gain skills and abilities, achievements. Take Piano/Music, Sports, Arts, Pottery, Culinary, Career/Trade/Course???, Sewing, etc…..Pour yourself into something, realize your potential. This will build up your self esteem, self worth, ego, and being rewarding, satisfying.

Sin. Trespassing. Wrong doing. Concepts. Before the “Jesus” experience, There was “The Law” if you broke the Law/rules, you committed Sin. There was a ritual that was performed to purge the Sins of Man into a livestock animal. This animal was sacrificed. (Blood Sacrifice). Then Jesus came, and was the Final Blood Sacrifice, to take upon all the Sins of Mankind. This was a progression of a Ritual to exonerate someone from Sin, Trespass, Wrongdoing.

  15. marhoekful says:

This is THE TRUTH. I am the alpha AND the omega, the beginning AND the end…..including “you”. I and the father are ONE, and ye are my brethern. Including the muslims, Sikhs, hindhus, christians, atheists, etc….Whatsoever you have done unto the least of these my brethern, so have you done it unto me. The father gave us himself. Before the cock crows you will have denied me three times. A dodecahedron has many faces, yet is ONE object. “YOU” only have yourself to face.

If people with an eating disorder (ONLY PEOPLE WITH THE DISORDER NOT EATING DISORDER WANNABE’S) want to have a place where they can feel comfortable with their illness go to the website anabootcamp. weekly. com. It will help you feel more in place. I say this again, this site isn’t for people who are trying to become anorexic/bulimic. You should NEVER want to have an eating disorder.

So no help in Spokane… and she dies 10 days later. As a person with an eating disorder I can honestly say that more needs to be done. I’m recovered in my eating disorder but it will always be a problem in my life. You can never be UN-anorexic but you can get past it’s hold on you.
